摘要
在高校课程教学中引入游戏化理念,制定合理的教学设计和教学成效评价机制,可以成为一种创新的教学模式,有效提升学生学习积极性和课堂参与度。该文聚焦探索游戏化理念应用于高校金融专业课程教学,创新地提出“DER三阶段”游戏化教学框架,具体包括游戏化教学设计、游戏化教学实施与游戏化教学成效评价,并介绍金融专业课程商业银行业务与经营游戏化教学设计与实践案例;基于主成分分析法,构建游戏化教学成效综合评价模型,根据主成分综合定量得分可对游戏化教学成效进行排序;分析游戏化教学应用于金融专业课程的优点与缺点,并提出开展游戏化教学的设计与实施建议。
Incorporating gamification into university courses with appropriate education design and evaluation is regarded as a novel method of teaching,which can effectively increase student motivation to study and promote student engagement in the classroom.The present study focuses on the application of gamification in finance courses,the"DER three stages"education framework as a guidance for gamification in education is established and the framework includes the design,the execution,and the review of gamified learning.This paper also introduces an example showing the use of gamification in the finance course Operation and Practice of Commercial Banks.This paper constructs a quantitative model based on principal component analysis and it can be used to evaluate the quality of gamification in education and to rate different gamification practices by PCA scores.This paper conducts an analysis of advantages and disadvantages of incorporating gamification into finance courses and then provide recommendations of practices for gamification in education.
