基于高速铁路发展新需求的高职院校专业建设探索--以高铁综合维修技术专业为例

摘要 随着高速铁路综合维修一体化改革试点全面开展,90%以上的高铁实现综合维修一体化组织管理。新一代信息技术加速中国高速铁路基础设备安全质量检测、监测设备的更新换代,促使劳动密集型、单一专业的生产方式转变为技术技能密集型、多专业融合的生产方式。产业升级变革必然带来职业岗位变化和人才需求变化,产业需求侧倒逼供给侧专业改革。铁路类高职院校主动适应产业升级变革,动态调整专业设置,新增高速铁路综合维修技术专业,深入分析铁路企业高速铁路综合维修技术人才需求,准确定位专业人才培养目标,校企共同构建专业课程体系,校企共建多功能实训基地,打造“双师型”教学团队,为加快建设交通强国提供技能人才支撑。 As the pilot reform of integrated maintenance of high-speed railways has been carried out,more than 90 percent of high-speed railways have realized integrated maintenance management.The new generation of information technology has accelerated the upgrading of safety and quality inspection and monitoring equipment of China's high-speed railway infrastructure equipment,and promoted the transformation of labor-intensive and single professional production mode into technology-intensive and multi-professional integration production mode.Industrial upgrading and reform will inevitably bring about changes in vocational positions and talent demand,and industrial demand side forces professional reform on the supply side.Railway higher vocational colleges actively adapt to the industrial upgrading and reform,dynamically adjust the specialty setting,and add the high-speed railway comprehensive maintenance technology major.At the same time,they also analysis the talent needs,accurately positions the professional personnel training objectives,constructs school-enterprise professional curriculum system,the multifunctional training base,builds a"double-qualified"teaching team.Its purpose is to accelerate the construction of transportation power to provide skilled personnel support.
