协同育人视域下高校教育阶段多元共治模式研究 被引量:1

摘要 现代社会对高校人才综合素养需求的不断提高,向现有高校阶段育人模式发起新的挑战。该文基于协同育人视域,对当前我国高校教育阶段开展多元共治的现状与问题进行总结,认为在多元共治主体融合特征、具体合作形式及教育管理方式等方面上存在某些不足;对外来高校开展多元共治的模式进行展望,分析多元共治协同育人模式的发展方向、目标定位并提出开展协同育人多元共治的具体举措和建议,从合作运行机制、人才培养模式和社会服务形式等方面进行具体分析。 The continuous improvement of the demand for comprehensive quality of talents in colleges and universities in modern society poses a new challenge to the existing mode of phased education in colleges and universities.Based on the perspective of collaborative education,this paper summarizes the current situation and problems of pluralistic co-governance in the current stage of higher education in China,and points out that there are some deficiencies in the integration characteristics of pluralistic co-governance bodies,specific forms of cooperation and educational management.This paper looks forward to the mode of co-governance in foreign universities,analyzes the development direction and target orientation of the mode,and puts forward specific measures and suggestions to carry out co-governance in foreign universities from the aspects of cooperation operation mechanism,talent training mode and social service form.
