实训基地开展基于叙事医学的课程思政教育探索

摘要 思想政治教育需贯穿新医科人才培养全过程。在临床实训环节、专业实习环节和社会实践中进行“实践思政”具有重要意义。叙事医学是具有叙事能力的医生提供的具有人道主义,且具备有效诊断和治疗的医疗模式。叙事医学作为医学生人文素质培养的有效路径,为全方位、多渠道育人方式打开了全新的思路。实训基地临床教师开展基于叙事医学的课程思政教育,创新教育手段,丰富思政载体,有利于推进具有医学专业特色的课程思政评价体系建设和完善,是实现“实践思政”理念的有力抓手。 Ideological and political education should run through the whole process of new medical talents training.It is great significance to carry out"ideological and political theory in practice"during clinical internship,professional practice and social practice.Narrative medicine is a humanitarian medical model with effective diagnosis and treatment,provided by doctors with narrative ability.Narrative medicine,as an effective way to cultivate the humanistic quality of medical students,opens up a new idea for all-round and multi-channel education.Teachers in the clinical base carry out curriculum ideological and political education based on narrative medicine,innovate the educational means and enrich the ideological and political carriers.It is conducive to construct the curriculum ideological and political evaluation system with professional characteristics.Narrative medicine is a powerful starting point to realize the concept of ideological and political theory in practice.
