摘要
“三会一课”作为党的组织生活的重要制度,是党内政治生活的重要载体,是提高党的创造力凝聚力战斗力的重要途径。该文以问题为导向、以提升高校基层党支部“三会一课”质量为目标,提出实施“四责”联动、“三度”激励、“两课”行动、“一键”申请及“多维”评估的五项具体举措。
As an important system of the regular activities of CPC'organization,the"Three Sessions and One Lesson"is an important carrier of the intraparty political life and a key way to strengthen the party's creativity,cohesion and competence.With the goal of improving the quality of the"Three Sessions and One Lesson"of grassroots party branches in colleges,this thesis is problem-oriented and discusses five specific measures of the linkage of"Four responsibilities",the combination of"Three incentives",the action of"Two lessons",the application of"One-click",and the joint of"Multi-dimensional evaluation".
