艾司氯胺酮与纳布啡在小儿无痛胃镜中的应用效果

Application Effects of S-ketamine and Naborphine in Painless Gastroscopy in Children

目的对比艾司氯胺酮与纳布啡在小儿无痛胃镜中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1—4月在郑州大学附属儿童医院择期行无痛胃镜检查的100例患儿,按随机数字表法分为艾司氯胺酮组(L组)与纳布啡组(N组),每组50例。L组用药方案为艾司氯胺酮联合丙泊酚,N组为纳布啡联合丙泊酚,比较两组患儿各时间点的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、经皮血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、丙泊酚追加次数、手术医生满意度及不良反应等方面的差异。结果L组在麻醉完成后各时间点的MAP、HR及SpO_(2)均高于N组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与N组相比,L组患儿苏醒时间更短且有着更低的嗜睡发生率(P<0.05)。结论在小儿无痛胃镜检查中,艾司氯胺酮的应用效果优于纳布啡,具有对呼吸循环影响轻微且苏醒快而完全的优点,值得广泛应用。

Objective To compare the effectiveness of S-ketamine and naborphine in painless gastroscopy in children.Methods A total of 100 children who underwent painless gastroscopy at the children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January to April 2022 were randomly divided into S-ketamine group(L group)and naborphine group(N group),with 50 cases in each group.S-ketamine and propofol were used in group L.Naborphine and propofol were used in group N.The differences of mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),saturation of pulse oxygen(SpO_(2)),propofol addition times,surgeon satisfaction and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared.Results The MAP,HR and SpO_(2)of group L at each time point after anesthesia were higher than those of group N,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with group N,group L had shorter recovery time and lower incidence of drowsiness(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of S-ketamine was better than that of naborphine in children undergoing painless gastroscopy,which has the advantage of quick and complete awakening and deserves widespread application.
