2型糖尿病患者SSRS评分与其主观幸福感的相关性

Correlation Between SSRS Score and Subjective Well-Being in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析2型糖尿病患者社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分与其主观幸福感的相关性。方法选取2018年9月至2020年1月于新郑天佑医院治疗的135例2型糖尿病患者,通过纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表(MUNSH)评估后分为幸福度高组(≥24分,71例)与幸福度低组(<24分,64例)。对比两组SSRS评分(主观支持、客观支持、社会支持利用度)及一般资料,多因素logistic回归分析2型糖尿病患者主观幸福感的影响因素。结果两组性别、经济情况、受教育程度、婚姻状况及医疗费用支付方式比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组年龄差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。幸福度高组SSRS量表中主观支持、客观支持及社会支持利用度评分高于幸福度低组(P<0.05);年龄、主观支持评分、客观支持评分、社会支持利用度评分是2型糖尿病患者主观幸福感低的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、主观支持评分、客观支持评分、社会支持利用度评分与2型糖尿病患者主观幸福感相关。

Objective To explore the correlation between social support rating scale(SSRS)score and subjective well-being in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of one hundred and thirty-five patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in Xinzheng Tianyou Hospital in September 2018 to January 2020 were selected.All the patients were assessed by the Memorial University of Newfoundland happiness scale(MUNSH).According to the results of the scale,they were divided into the high happiness group(≥24 points,71 cases)and the low happiness group(<24 points,64 cases).The SSRS scores(subjective support,objective support,utilization of social support)and general data of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of subjective well-being of type 2 diabetic patients were analyzed by multifactorial logistic regression.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in gender,economic situation,education level,marital status and payment mode of medical expenses(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in age(P<0.05).The utilization scores of subjective support,objective support and social support in SSRS in the high happiness group were higher than those in the low happiness group(P<0.05).Age,subjective support score,objective support score and social support utilization score were independent risk factors for subjective well-being in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,subjective support score,objective support score and social support utilization score are all related to subjective well-being of patients with type 2 diabetes.
