活动性疼痛评估联合心理疏导在肝癌手术患者护理中的应用

Application of Active Pain Assessment Combined with Psychological Counseling in Nursing of Patients with Liver Cancer Surgery

目的分析活动性疼痛评估联合心理疏导在肝癌手术患者护理中的效果。方法选取2019年10月至2021年8月河南省人民医院接收的86例肝癌患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各43例。在常规护理基础上,对照组接受活动性疼痛评估护理干预,观察组接受活动性疼痛评估联合心理疏导护理干预。比较两组术后3 d疼痛情况[休斯顿疼痛情况调查表(HPOI)];比较两组干预前、干预3 d负面情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]和睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]。结果干预3 d后,观察组疼痛教育满意度、疼痛控制效果得分较对照组高,情绪影响、疼痛经历、身体或日常生活影响得分较对照组低(P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组干预3 d的SAS、SDS、PSQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论活动性疼痛评估联合心理疏导应用于肝癌手术患者护理中,可改善疼痛情况,减轻负面情绪,提高睡眠质量,促进术后康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of active pain assessment combined with psychological counseling in the nursing of patients with liver cancer surgery.Methods A total of 86 patients with liver cancer received in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2019 to August 2021 were selected and divided them into control group and observation group by a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.On the basis of routine nursing,the control group was given active pain assessment nursing intervention,and the observation group was given active pain assessment combined with psychological counseling nursing intervention.The pain on the 3 days after operation was compared between the two groups[Houston pain questionnaire(HPOI)].The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score]and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]before and 3 days after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results Three days after intervention,the scores of pain education satisfaction and pain control effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of emotional influence,pain experience,physical or daily life influence were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with that before intervention,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of both groups were decreased after 3 days of intervention,and the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of active pain assessment combined with psychological counseling in the nursing of patients with liver cancer surgery can improve the pain,reduce negative emotions,improve sleep quality and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
