生物技术在制革废水治理中的应用策略

摘要 在制革生产过程中,通常要用水浸泡动物皮毛,或者用盐腌,使其膨胀湿润,然后再加入石灰,达到使原皮脱碱去肉的效果。制革生产过程还会产生各类有机废物和无机废物以及有机化合物。因为制革过程的用水量相对较大,污染物的负荷率高,且其中还含有大量的有毒悬浮物质,所以需要对其进行净化处理。在环保工程领域,可选择生物技术处理制革废水。本文简要论述了制革废水的组成、特点和处理要求,并对不同生物技术的应用进行了详细说明,以期能够提高环保治理工作成效。 Leather industry production process,usually will be the animal fur soaked in water,or salted,so that it expands and wets,and then add lime to the internal,to achieve the effect of alkalization and meat.The tanning stage also produces all kinds of organic and inorganic wastes,or organic compounds.Because the tanning process water consumption is relatively large,the compliance rate of pollutants is high,which contains a large number of suspended substances,but also toxic,so it needs to be purified.In the field of environmental protection engineering,biological technology can be used to treat tannery wastewater.The composition,characteristics and treatment requirements of tannery wastewater are briefly discussed in the following part,and the application of different biological technologies is described in detail,in order to improve the efectiveness of environmehtal protection management.
