农村生活污水处理问题的相关对策与思考

Thinking about the Countermeasures of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment

当代社会在高速发展,广大农村地区的各项建设工作也在高效推进,农村居民的物质生活有了较大改善,导致农村用水量快速提升,农村生活污水量也越来越大,但是相比城市地区,农村地区的经济发展水平依然较低,农村生活污水大部分没有经过任何处理就直接排放到水体当中,从而严重污染了水体。农村水环境遭到严重破坏,生态环境日渐恶化,江河湖海等地表水体污染严重,地下水遭到污染,甚至破坏了农村地区的饮用水源。农村水环境严重恶化也会对农业生产造成威胁,阻碍农村经济的发展。因此,全面探讨农村生活污水处理相关问题意义深远。本文首先概述了农村生活污水的基本现状、基本特征以及排放形式,分析了农村生活污水治理现状,反思农村生活污水治理存在的问题及产生这些问题的原因,最后就如何进一步提高农村生活污水处理水平进行了探讨。

High-speed modem social development,the construction of the rural areas are also efficient propulsion,material life level of rural residents have a very good improve,enhance rural water,nural dormestic sewage discharge of bigger and bigger.But compared with the urban areas,the level of nural economic development is still relatively backward,most of the rural domestic sewage directly discharged into the water without any processing,thus seriously polluted water,rural water environment were serious damage,deteriorating ecological environment,such as rivers and lakes by the surface water pollution,groundwater is contaminated,drinking water in some nural areas is even contaminated.Once the nural water environment deteriorates seriously,the normal life of the majority of rural residents will not be guaranteed,and it will also pose a threat to agricultural production and become a stumbling block to the development of nural economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to comprehensively discuss the problems related to rural domestic sewage treatment.The author discusses the related problems of rural domestic sewage treatment,first Outlines the basic status of rural domestic sewage,basic characteristics and discharge,and then analysis the present situation of nural domestic sewage treatment,reflects on the problems existing in the nural sewage treatment,reflects on the reasons for problems occurred in rural sewage treatment work,finally on how to further enhance the level of rural domestic sewage treatment are discussed in this paper.
