关于涂布废气挥发性有机物治理提标改造工程实例的应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 VOCs是一种挥发性有机化合物,可在大气中形成光化学烟雾,对环境和人体造成极大危害。VOCs的来源复杂且种类繁多,性状不一、易于挥发等特征决定了其有别于烟尘、SO_(2)和NOx等污染物。VOCs排放行业多、排放源分散、治理技术复杂,目前国内VOCs治理企业整体处于小而散的状态。本文为关于涂布废气挥发性有机物治理提标改造工程实例的应用分析,该企业涂布生产线废气组分相对固定,废气VOCs浓度较高,废气风量和浓度波动较大,采用溶剂回收治理工艺治理效率偏低,已经无法满足日趋严格的环保要求,因此必须采用高效治理措施,进一步减少VOCs的排放,提高治理效率和环境效益。 VOCs are organic compounds that can form photochemical smog in the atmosphere,causing great harm to the environment and human body.VOCs are diferent from soot,SO_(2) and NOx and other pollutants due to their complex source and variety,different characters and easy volatilization.The emission industries are many,emission sources are dispersed,and treatment technology is complex.At present,domestic VOCs governance enterprises as a whole in a small and scattered state.This coating production line for an enterprise waste gas composition is relatively fixed,waste VOCs concentration is lhigher,exhaust air volume,and the characteristics of the concentration of the volatile,solvent recovery management process efficiency is low,have been unable to meet the increasingly stringent environmental requirements,must adopt effective measures to further reduce emissions,improve the efficiency of govemnance promote environmental benefts.
