摘要
辽宁省地处中国东北部,工业历史悠久,其碳排放问题不仅仅体现在总量的不断增长方面,也体现在碳排放时空演变格局方面。本文选择IPCC估算方法,利用统计数据,对辽宁省各地级市碳排放量进行科学合理地估算;选取碳排放量、碳排放强度,探讨辽宁省各地级市能源消费碳排放的时空特征,以此为辽宁省各地级市制定严谨合理的减排政策提供有益借鉴。
Liaoning Province is located in northeast China and has a long history of industrial,its carbon enmissions are not only reflected in the continuous growth of the total amount,but also in the spatial and temporal evolution pattemn of carbon emissions.In this paper,IPCC estimation method and statistical data are used to estimate the carbon emissions of each prefecture-level city in Liaoning Province scientifically and reasonably.By selecting carbon emission and carbon emission intensity,this paper discusses the spatial and temporal characteristics of energy consumption carbon emissions of prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province,so as to provide useful reference for the development of rigorous and reasonable emission reduction policies of prefecture-level cities in Liaoning Province.
