珠海市近岸海域污染防治的困境与解决策略

沿海城市在其特殊区位优势的推动下一直保持着较快的经济增速,工农产业与城市规模也在不断扩大,但是在经济持续向上的同时,近岸海域的污染问题也变得越来越严重。党的十九大报告明确指出,在发展海洋经济的过程中应坚持采取与发展陆地经济同标准的环境管控措施。本文以珠海市为例,指出了当前阶段近岸海域的污染现状及造成近岸海域污染的主因,针对现状提出了近岸海域的污染防治策略,并提出应统筹海陆一体化管理,采取防、治、教相结合的模式推动近岸海域的生态化发展。
