基于环保绩效差异化管理思路的城市工业企业污染治理研究

Research on Pollution Control of Urban Industrial Enterprises Based on the Idea of Dif ferentiated Environmental Performance Management

在当前社会主义市场经济日益发展的大背景下,社会需求逐渐增加,也在某种程度上促进了化工行业水平的提高,而人民群众生活质量的改善也与化工产品生产有着密不可分的关系。近年来,中国化学工业在各个方面均取得了很大发展,已经成为国家最主要的支柱产业之一。但在化工行业突飞猛进发展的同时,也给生态环境造成了一定程度的污染与损害。化工生产过程中会产生大量有害物质,对人类健康和环境质量构成威胁。因此,工业企业有关部门应该加强对化工污染的整治力度,构建绿色化工生产环境。本文针对环保绩效差异化管理思路下的工业企业污染治理进行探索,提出可供借鉴的治理对策。

Under the background of the growing development of the socialist market economy, the social demand is gradually increasing,but also to some extent to promote the level of the chemical industry, and the improvement of the quality of life of the people and the production of chemical products has an inseparable connection. In recent years, China’s chemical industry has made great progress in all aspects and has become the country’s most important pillar industry. However, with the rapid development of the chemical industry, it has also caused a certain degree of pollution and damage to the social environment. In the process of chemical production,a large number of harmful substances will be produced, posing a threat to human health and social environment quality. Therefore,the relevant departments of industrial enterprises should strengthen the remediation of chemical pollution and build a green chemical production environment. This paper explores the pollution control of industrial enterprises under the idea of differentiated environmental performance management, and puts forward some countermeasures for reference.
