随着社会经济建设的不断加快,城市建设逐渐呈现出社会环境生态取代自然环境生态的趋势,在这种情况下,城市水文效应的影响不断扩大,对城市建设乃至整个社会的建设都产生了一定的负面影响。为此,我们必须采取相应的措施对城市水文效应进行治理。本文以城市水文效应概述为切入点,分析了城市水文效应产生的原因,并在此基础上进行了治理措施的探讨,希望为城市水文效应的治理以及城市建设水平的提升提供参考和借鉴。

With the continuous acceleration of the social construction, the urban construction gradually presents the trend of the social environment and ecology replacing the natural environment and ecology. Therefore, we must take corresponding measures to control the urban hydrological effect. This paper takes the overview of urban hydrological effect as the starting point, analyzes the causes of urban hydrological effect, and discusses the governance measures on this basis, hoping to provide reference for the governance of urban hydrological effect and the improvement of urban construction level.
