我国的文明大都兴起于大河流域,因此流域资源在我国建设中扮演着十分重要的角色。我国的流域主要包括黄河及长江。在现阶段,我国非常关注河流流域资源的开发,并将其与交通运输、农业灌溉、防洪治理等各方面工作结合起来,以此推动我国的社会经济建设。因此,在流域规划的过程中,我们尤其要重视环境保护工作,建立保护目标,更好地对流域资源进行规划和利用。

Most of China’s civilization comes from the big river basin, so the basin resources play a very important role in the process of China’s construction and development. China’s river basins mainly include the Yellow River and the Yangtze River. However, in the process of social development at this stage, China pays more and more attention to the development of river basin resources, and combines it with transportation, agricultural irrigation, fl ood control and other aspects to promote China’s social economy. Therefore, in the process of actual river basin planning, we especially need to pay attention to the environmental protection and establish protection targets, so as to better plan and utilize river basin resources.
