摘要
目的探讨胸腔镜下食管癌根治术中患者低体温发生的危险因素,并制定有效护理对策。方法选取2016年6月1日—2019年12月30日在本院实施胸腔镜下食管癌根治术的111例患者进行术中体温监测,收集相关临床资料。分析影响术中低体温的相关因素。结果纳入的111例患者中共有42例发生术中低体温,发生率为37.84%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:年龄≥60岁、疾病认知评分较低、手术时长>2.5 h、输液及输血量≤2000 ml、术中存在不良操作均为导致术中低体温发生的独立危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胸腔镜下食管癌根治术患者术中发生低体温危害较大,应明确相关独立危险因素,制定个性化防护对策,进而减少低体温的发生,改善患者预后。
Objective To explore the risk factors of hypothermia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer and to develop effective nursing strategies.Methods A total of 111 patients who underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer in our hospital from June 1,2016 to December 30,2019 were selected for intraoperative body temperature monitoring,and relevant clinical data were collected.The related factors of intraoperative hypothermia were analyzed.Results There were 42 cases of intraoperative hypothermia in 111 patients,with an incidence of 37.84%.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old,lower disease cognition score,operation duration>2.5 h,infusion and blood transfusion volume≤2000 ml,and adverse operation during operation were independent risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer is of great harm.Relevant independent risk factors should be identified and personalized protective measures should be formulated to reduce the incidence of hypothermia and improve the prognosis of patients.
