摘要
厦门地铁网络化运营模式的开启实现市民乘坐地铁“安全、准点、便捷、有爱”出行的服务宗旨和目标。厦门地铁自3号线开通运营,正式进入网络化运营模式,形成地铁线路正线、联络线的网络化行车运输组织,以及“互联互通”运营模式。研究地铁网络化运营应对突发事件的应急处置,是实现地铁网络化运营安全管理的最终目标。结合已经形成的地铁网络化运营现状,针对如何实现其综合应急处置目标受控,在掌握既有地铁线网实际运营情况的基础上,文章对此开展研究,以期为类似案例提供借鉴。
The opening of the network operation of Xiamen metro has realized the service tenet and goal of"safe,punctual,convenient and caring"transport for citizens.Xiamen metro has officially entered the network operation since line 3 was put into operation,forming the network traffi c organization of the main line and connecting line,as well as the"through operations".Studying the emergency response of the metro network operation to emergencies is the ultimate goal of realizing the safety control of the metro network operation.Combining the current situation of the network operation,research is carried out on how to realize the control of the comprehensive emergency disposal objectives under the metro network operation,and the actual operation of the existing metro network.The research outcomes provide reference for similar cases.
