摘要
济二煤矿选煤厂采用?1350/950无压给料三产品重介质旋流器作为主选设备,因入洗原煤煤质变化,可选性变差,出现了“中损”和“矸损”问题。分析原煤煤质特性后,对Ф1350/950无压三产品重介质旋流器的结构参数进行了优化改进,生产实践表明,Ф1350/950无压三产品重介质旋流器经技改后,分选精度得到了显著提高,解决了现场生产问题,提高了选煤厂的综合经济效益。
WTMCФ1350/950 is used as the main separation equipment in the coal preparation plant of Jier Coal Mine.Due to the change of coal quality and the poor coal selectivity, there is a serious problem of “coal loss in middling”.The structural parameters of WTMCФ1350/950 are optimized and improved after analyzing the coal quality characteristics of raw coal.The production practice shows that the separation accuracy of the heavy medium hydro-cyclone has been improved significantly after technical transformation.The problem of “coal loss in middling and tailing” is solved and the comprehensive economic benefit is improved.
