摘要
针对吕梁山煤电选煤厂浮选系统自动化水平低、人工参与度高、灰分指标波动大等问题,提出了自动化改造与智能化升级的必要性和可行性。通过计算浮选入料的干煤泥量,采集浮选精矿及尾矿灰分等系统内的关键参数,结合特定的数学模型分析,设计并应用智能浮选系统,实现浮选加药系统的智能化控制,降低岗位工作量,同时稳定浮选精矿、尾矿指标,提高了选煤厂的经济效益。
In order to solve the problems of low automation level, high manual participation and large fluctuation of ash index of the flotation system in Lvliangshan coal preparation plant, the necessity and feasibility of automatic transformation and intelligent upgrading are put forward for the current flotation system.The intelligent control of the flotation dosing system is realized by calculating the dry slime amount of flotation feed, the ash content of collected concentrate and tailings ash and other key parameters in the system, combined with the analysis of specific mathematical model, Thus, the intelligent dosing and remote operation control of the flotation system are realized, the workload of the post is reduced, the indexes of flotation concentrate and tailings are stabilized, and the economic benefits of the coal preparation plant are improved.
