摘要
从高硫矸石中回收黄铁矿的工业生产实践兴起于20世纪70年代,然而由于其生产成本高,经济效益差,迫使众多矸石选硫厂先后停止生产运营。从降低生产成本的角度,探寻采用摇床分选机回收高硫矸石中黄铁矿的合理流程,以“低成本、部分回收”为指导思想,开发了一精一扫全摇床不磨矿分选试验流程。高硫矸石经过该试验流程分选后,可以获得硫分大于30%的硫精矿,硫的回收率达到60%以上。
Recycling the pyrite from high sulfur gangues emerged in the 1970 s,but many gangue recycling pyrite plants to shut down, which were due to high production costs and poor economic performance.This article from the perspective of reducing production costs to study the process of recycling the pyrite from gangues.put forward the idea of “low costs and part of recovery ”.Eventually developed a technological process without grinding process,just using table concentrator to grabing and scavenging, which can obtain the recovery of pyrite concentrate higher than 60% with the sulfur content of higher than 30%.Since no grinding operation,greatly reducing the cost of production, with certain industrial applications.
