现代医疗系统的医患关系在我国数十年的实践中逐渐暴露出一些问题,诸如医患关系紧张、过度医疗、医疗资源分配不均、对医疗系统缺乏理解与信任感下降等,这些问题可以通过“传承精华、守正创新”的方式来缓解或解决,即在现有的医疗体系中融入传统的中医方法和思想资源。首先将医疗机构变成传统医疗文化与现代医学技术相互交融的载体,其次运用传统医学叙事方法重构医患之间的话语体系,进而将整个诊疗过程浸润在传统文化中,最终形成以传统美德观为核心的伦理建构。这关乎人对更好生活质量与生命尊严的内在需求,可以在治愈疾病、慢病护理、健康管理等多方面满足人民需求的同时,将对人的关怀与安慰提升至更高水平。

The doctor-patient relationship of modern medical system has appeared many problems in the practice of decades in China,such as the doctor-patient relationship tension,excessive medical treatment,uneven distribution of medical resources,lack of understanding and decline of trust in the medical system.These problems can be alleviated or solved by"Inheriting Essence,Upholding Integrity and Innovation",that is,integrating traditional Chinese medicine methods and ideological resources into the existing medical system.First,the medical institution becomes the carrier of traditional medical culture and modern medical technology,followed by reconstructing the discourse system between medical narrative methods,and then infiltrating the entire diagnosis and treatment process in traditional cultures,ultimately forming traditional virtues.View as the ethical construction of the core.This is related to people's internal demand for better quality of life and life dignity,which can improve the people's care and comfort while cure diseases,slow disease care,health management,will increase the concerns and comfort to higher levels.
