摘要
为了解决水性无机富锌底漆施工过程中的混合稳定性、流平性、抗流挂性等问题,研究了防沉剂的种类和用量、树脂比例以及流平剂种类对上述施工性能的影响。结果表明:当聚氨酯型和纤维素型防沉剂搭配使用,且无机树脂和有机树脂质量比为3∶1时,所得涂料的施工性能最好,混合后不分层时间超过4 h,抗流挂湿膜厚度>225μm;选择相容性优异的非硅类流平剂时,能有效改善漆膜的表面效果。所制备的水性无机富锌底漆具有优异的施工性能。
In order to improve the mixture stability,levelling property and anti-sagging of waterborne inorganic zinc-rich primer,and the effects of the kind and dosage of anti-sediment agents,the ratio of resin and kind of leveling agents on the construction performance of the coating were investigated.Experimental results showed that when polyurethane and cellulose anti-sediment agents were used together,the ratio of inorganic and organic resin was 3∶1,the coatings had the best construction performance.The anti stratification time of the coating exceeded 4 hours,and the thickness of anti-sagging was thicker than 225μm.When the nonsilicon leveling agent with excellent compatibility was used,the surface effect of the film can be effectively improved.The prepared waterborne inorganic zinc-rich primer showed the excellent construction performance.
