摘要
镁合金材料的易腐蚀性或快速降解严重限制了其实际工业应用,在镁合金表面构建超疏水涂层可显著提高其耐腐蚀性,有效防止在水环境或大气环境下的腐蚀降解。本文介绍了超疏水界面及镁合金超疏水涂层的防腐蚀机理,综述了镁合金超疏水涂层近3年来的最新研究进展,并总结了其主要制备技术,包括化学蚀刻法、水热合成法、电化学沉积法、喷涂法、浸渍法、微弧氧化法、阳极氧化法及其他方法。分析了超疏水涂层在镁合金防腐蚀中存在的问题,结合研究经验展望了镁合金超疏水涂层的发展趋势。
Rapid corrosion or degradation of magnesium alloys greatly limited their practical applications.However,superhydrophobic coatings on magnesium alloys could significantly improve their corrosion resistance and prevent their degradation in aqueous or atmospheric environment.Firstly,the superhydrophobic interfaces and anti−corrosion mechanisms for magnesium alloys were introduced.Secondly,advances in superhydrophobic coatings on magnesium alloys in recent three years was reviewed,and the main preparation techniques were summarized,including chemical etching,hydrothermal synthesis,electrochemical deposition,spraying,impregnation,micro−arc oxidation,anodic oxidation,and others.Finally,issues in superhydrophobic anti-corrosion coatings for magnesium alloys were proposed,and development trends of the coatings were prospected based on our research experience.
