摘要
以人为本的听力健康管理模式使听力健康专业工作者与听损人士在开展个性化听力健康管理时处于平等地位,由于以人为本关注听障人士和家庭的个性化特征,听障人士和家庭成员共同参与个性化的决策和目标设定,有利于提高听力健康管理效果和双方的满意度。本文以一位复杂型听力损失患者为例,介绍以人为本理念和核心要素在听力健康管理中的应用。
Person-centered care(PCC) ensures that hearing care professional and person with hearing loss are equal in the management of hearing difficulties.Because PCC focuses on the people’s needs and preferences,sharing decision-making and goal-setting with hearing-impaired person and family,both sides can get high satisfaction and positive outcomes.This paper introduces how to using PCC principle and key elements in a complex hearing health management case.
