摘要
目的 探讨碰撞法对响度过低听障儿童康复训练的效果。方法 采用单一被试单基线A-B实验设计,对1名响度低下听障儿童运用碰撞法进行康复训练,比较分析训练前后患儿言语平均响度、最高响度和最低响度。结果 康复训练前后该听障儿童言语平均响度、最高响度及最低响度均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论 碰撞法对响度低下听障儿童提升言语响度具有显著效果。
Objective To explore the clinical rehabilitation effect of collision method on hearing-impaired children with excessively low loudness.Methods A single-subject single-baseline A-B experimental design was adopted.A hearing-impaired child with low loudness was subjected to rehabilitation training to increase the loudness using the collision method,and the average intensity,highest intensity and lowest intensity of the hearing-impaired child before and after the training were compared and analyzed.Results There were significant differences in the average speech intensity,highest intensity and lowest intensity of the hearing-impaired child before and after the collision training(P<0.05).Conclusion The collision method has a significant effect on helping hearing-impaired children with low loudness to improve speech loudness.
