口腔运动功能联合语言康复训练对语言障碍患者的效果

The Effect of Oral Motor Function Combined with Speech Rehabilitation Training on Patients with Articulation Disorders

目的 探讨口腔运动功能联合语言康复训练对语音障碍患者的效果。方法 选择2020年12月~2021年8月我院收治的84例语音障碍患者,依据治疗方式分为观察组(口腔运动功能联合语言康复训练)39人和对照组(语言康复训练)45人。分析两组治疗前后语音清晰度、口腔运动功能、吹气、鼓气、最长发声时间、喉镜检查指标及嗓音障碍指数量表(voice handicap index,VHI)评分。结果 治疗后观察组语音清晰度较治疗前提高且显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组舌部、下颌部、唇部功能评分及总评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组吹气、鼓气时间及最长发声时间增长幅度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组喉镜检查指标(黏膜波检测值、周期性检测值、声带闭合检测值、对称性检测值)及VHI评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 口腔运动功能联合语言康复训练是治疗语音障碍的有效方法,能在一定程度上提高患者的语音清晰度及口腔运动功能,有利于减轻语音障碍对患者生活造成的不良影响并改善发声功能。

Objective To investigate the effect of oral motor function combined with speech rehabilitation training on patients with articulation disorders.Methods 84 patients with articulation disorders admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group(oral motor function combined with speech rehabilitation training,n=39)and the control group(speech rehabilitation training,n=45) according to treatment methods.The differences of articulation and oral motor function between the two groups before and after treatment were analyzed,and the blowing,inflating and the longest vocalizing time between the two groups were counted.The laryngoscopy indexes and Voice Handicap Index(VHI) scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The articulation of speech in the observation group was improved after treatment,and the degree of improvement was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The functional scores and total scores of tongue,mandibular and lip in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The laryngeal examination indexes(mucosal wave detection value,periodic detection value,vocal cord closure detection value,symmetry detection value),and VHI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral motor function combined with speech rehabilitation training is an effective method for the treatment of patients with articulation disorders,which can improve the articulation and oral motor function of patients to a certain extent,and also help to reduce the adverse impact of voice on patients’ life and improve the vocal function,with superior therapeutic effect.
