掩蔽法干预自闭症儿童个案研究

Exploring the Effects of Masking Method on Autistic Children:A Case Study

目的 探索掩蔽法对改善自闭症儿童言语响度、音调、语速异常的效果,为自闭症儿童言语治疗提供参考建议。方法对1名学龄前言语异常自闭症儿童,在安静状态下随机播放70、80、90 dB SPL白噪声和多人谈话噪声音频,分析其在掩蔽噪声下响度、音调、语速的变化。结果 (1)随掩蔽噪声响度的变化,患儿异常响度、音调、语速均明显改善;(2)白噪声下患儿响度改善更明显;多人谈话噪声下患儿音调、语速改善更明显。结论 掩蔽法对改善自闭症儿童言语响度、音调、语速均有帮助。可根据实际情况选择不同强度、类型的噪声,应用掩蔽法对有言语障碍自闭症儿童进行康复训练。

Objective The objective of this study was to explore whether the masking method was effective in the treatment of abnormal loudness,pitch and speech rate in autistic children,and to provide reference and suggestions for the speech rehabilitation of autistic children.Method In a quiet room,we played 70 dB SPL,80 dB SPL and 90 dB SPL white noise and babble noise randomly,and analyzed the changes of the preschool autistic child’s speech acoustic parameters under masking noise.Results With the increase of the intensity of the two types of noise,the abnormal loudness,pitch and speech rate of the child continued to increase.Compared with babble noise,the loudness of the child improved more significantly under white noise.Compared with white noise,the pitch and speech rate of the child improved more significantly under babble noise.Conclusion The masking method was effective in improving the loudness,pitch and speech rate of autistic children,and different intensities and types of noise could be chosen for rehabilitation according to the situation.
