基于听能管理内容家长培训的思考与实践

摘要 目的 探讨用分时段授课的培训形式提升听障儿童听能管理内容家长培训的效果。方法 选取无听能管理知识基础的听障儿童家长30人,年龄20~35岁,均为初高中学历,随机分为两组,每组15人,A组以集中授课的方式进行培训,B组以分时段授课的方式进行培训。培训结束后采用实操的测试方法对两组培训效果进行分析。结果 对参加培训的两组家长从林氏六音的运用、听辅设备的正确使用及保养和家庭中声学环境的创建3方面内容的实操测试结果进行独立样本t检验,发现两组家长得分存在显著性差异,B组得分显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论 可采用分时段授课的形式开展听障儿童听能管理家长培训工作。 Objective To explore the effectiveness of the parent training on the management of hearing ability of hearingimpaired children.Methods 30 parents of hearing-impaired children,aged between 20 and 35 years old,with junior and senior high school education,were randomly divided into two groups,15 in each group.Group A received the training in a centralized manner,while Group B received the training in a phased manner.At the end of the training,the two groups were tested and the results were analyzed.Result We carried out independent sample t-test on the results of the three training contents:the use of Lin’s six tones,the correct use of hearing aids and the maintenance of the home acoustic environment.It was found that there was a significant difference in parents’ scores between the two groups.The parents’ scores in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents can be trained in the management of hearing ability of hearing-impaired children in the form of time-by-time teaching.
