摘要
通过对废乳化液的水质分析,调节其pH值为6,进行酸化破乳预处理。将废乳化液的COD去除率及B/C在0.7/0.3的权重下定义废乳化液处理的综合评价指数。将PAC用量、PAM投加量、反应温度、反应时间作为正交试验因素,结果显示:PAC用量对废乳化液的综合处理效果影响最大,PAM投加量次之。当PAC用量为10 g/L、PAM投加量为80 mL/L,反应温度为室温,反应时间为60 min时,废乳化液的COD去除率可达75.31%,B/C由原液的0.00886提升至0.1931。
By analyzing the water quality of emulsion wastewater,acid is used to adjust the pH value to 6 for acid demulsification pretreatment.The comprehensive evaluation index by COD removal rate and B/C in 0.7/0.3 weight is defined.The orthogonal experiment is designed with PAC dosage,PAM dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time.The results show that PAC dosage has the greatest effect on the comprehensive treatment of emulsion wastewater,and the dosage of PAM is the second,when the PAC dosage is 10 g/L,PAM dosage is 80 mL/L,room temperature and the reaction time is 60 min,the COD removal rate can reach 75.31%and the B/C increase from 0.00886 to 0.1931.
