摘要
本文对某电厂1050MW汽轮机组安全监视系统(TSI)保护回路现状进行研究,列举继电器检测模件、跳闸回路接线和振动保护逻辑中存在的单点保护问题并进行风险分析,提出优化解决措施,在应用中提高了TSI保护回路的可靠性。
This paper studies the present situation of the turbine supervisory instrument(TSI)protection circuit of a 1050MW steam turbine unit.The problems of the single-point signal protection in the relay detection module,trip circuit connection and the protection logic of vibration are enumerated and risks are analyzed.Optimized solutions are put forward.The reliability of TSI protection circuit is improved in the application.
