摘要
针对传统分段式电流保护在航站楼10kV供电系统应用中存在速动段无保护范围、故障切除时间长等问题,提出一种采用允许式动作逻辑的电流保护,该保护在传统分段式电流保护的基础上优化配置、整定,并借助数字通信技术实现全线故障速切的功能。本文阐述保护在不同工况下的动作逻辑,分析其速动性、选择性、可靠性,并建议保护采用IEC 61850/面向通用对象的变电站事件(GOOSE)通信方式。
As the instantaneous protection zone of sectional over-current protection is none and time of faults clearing is long in 10kV power system of airport terminal,a over-current protection with operational logic of permitting is proposed based on improvement of sectional over-current protection,which supports fast protection for whole transmission lines by the information exchange between protections.Its speed,selectivity and reliability are analyzed by operational logic of faults,and communication scheme of IEC 61850/general object oriented substation events(GOOSE)is suggested.
