“站城融合”理念下的成都铁路客站开发建设对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Development and Construction of Chengdu Railway Station Based on the Concept of Station-City Integration

通过对“站城融合”理念的解读,分析了铁路客站开发建设内涵框架,并以成都市既有和新建铁路客站为例,系统梳理成都市铁路客站开发建设过程中面临的关键问题,通过对国内典型铁路客站发展经验的总结,从开发业态、交通衔接、体制机制及政策支撑等多方面提出成都市铁路客站开发建设发展路径.

Based on the interpretation of the concept of “station-city integration”, this paper analyzes the connotation framework of development and construction of the passenger railway station. Taking the existing and new railway stations in Chengdu as examples, this paper systematically sorts out the key issues faced in the development and construction process of Chengdu railway station, and summarizes the development experience of typical domestic railway stations. The development path of Chengdu railway passenger station is put forward from the aspects of development form, traffic connection, system mechanism and policy support.
