温州市轨道交通站城一体化发展策略研究--以温州北站为例

Research on the Development Strategy of Integrated Design of Station and City of Wenzhou Rail Transit--Taking Wenzhou North Railway Station as an Example

以温州北站为例,明确当前轨道交通站城一体化发展存在开发认识不统一、要素保障不完善、规划有待优化、实施效果不理想等主要问题;结合国内典型城市发展经验以及温州市未来土地利用、枢纽功能、路地合作等方面的趋势,从顶层设计、路地机制、规划编制、建设运营等方面对温州北站站城一体化提出发展对策,为温州市站城一体发展提供可借鉴的经验.

Taking Wenzhou North Railway Station as an example, this paper makes clear that there are major problems in the development process of Integrated Design of Station and City, such as development understanding to be unified, factor guarantee to be perfected, planning results to be optimized, and implementation effects to be improved. Combined with the development experience of typical cities in China and the development trend of Wenzhou’s land use, hub function and cooperation mechanism between the national railways and the local governments, this paper puts forward development countermeasures for the Integrated Design of Station and City of Wenzhou North Railway Station from the aspects of top-level design, cooperation mechanism between the national railways and the local governments, planning, construction and operation, and provides reference experience for the development of Integrated Design of Station of Wenzhou North Railway Station.
