摘要
为探讨公众对自动驾驶公交车的接受度,基于第3代技术接受模型(TAM3),增添社群影响,服务质量,个体需求性3个因素,构建自动驾驶公交公众接受度模型.采用偏最小二乘结构方程(PLS-SEM)模型算法,利用smartpls3.0软件,基于网络问卷调查,对调查数据进行效度和信度分析,结果表明:模型的组合信度值(CR)均大于0.9,平均方差提取值(AVE)均大于0.8,模型具有良好的信度和效度;各潜变量对行为意向的影响作用为:感知易用性(0.383)>社群影响(0.224)>感知有用性(0.218),而“服务质量”、“使用焦虑性”、“个体需求性”的影响并不显著,从原模型中将其剔除;社群影响对使用焦虑性的影响作用最为显著(-0.582).研究成果对促进自动驾驶公交的良性发展具有一定的参考意义.
In order to discuss the public acceptance of self-driving buses, based on the TAM3 model, this paper established a public acceptance model of self-driving buses by adding three factors: community influence, service quality, and individual demand. Through the online questionnaire survey, this paper then used the PLS-SEM model algorithm and smartpls3.0 software to analyze the validity and reliability of the sample data;the results show that the combined reliability(CR) fo the modelis greater than 0.9, the average variance extraction(AVE)value is greater than 0.8, and the model has good reliability and validity;the effects of various latent variables on behavioral intentions are: perceived ease of use(0.383)>community influence(0.224)>perceived usefulness(0.218), while “service quality”, “use anxiety” and the influence of “individual demand” are not significant, so we remove them from the original model;the community association has the most significant(-0.582) influence on “using anxiety”. The research results have certain reference significance for promoting the sound development of autonomous public transportation.
