摘要
针对城市快速路在高峰时期的常发性拥堵的问题.构造基于熵值法改进的多维联系数临近路网多指标评价模型,结合天津城市快速路实例,使用VISSIM软件,对该区域内受控快速路段进行路网分配.结果显示在提升快速路主线运行速度提升1.7 km/h时;路网平均运行速度降低1.4 km/h,对城市路网交通影响较小.
It is aimed at the frequent congestion of urban expressways during peak hours. A multi-index evaluation model based on the improved multi-dimensional connection number of the adjacent road network based on the entropy method is established. This paper then validates the model using the Tianjin urban expressways. The VISSIM traffic simulation software is used to assign the road traffic to the expressways in the area. The results show that when the running speed of the main expressways is increased by 1.7 km/h, the average running speed of the road network is reduced by 1.4 km/h, which has little impact on the urban road network traffic.
