The Basic Connotation and Practical Path of Ecological Civilization Construction:A Practical Exploration in Shaanxi

生态文明建设是中国特色社会主义建设的重要内容,是中国式现代化建设道路探索的最新成就,更是绿色发展实践的基本遵循和重要指导。从政治、经济、法治、文化和社会五个维度对生态文明建设的基本内涵进行了解析。在此基础上,以陕西省实践探索为例,从坚持系统思维、强化科技支撑、注重因地制宜、抓住重点关键和突出典型示范等五个方面提出陕西生态文明建设坚持的基本原则。并从完善责任机制、守牢“国之大者”职责,发挥生态优势、推动经济绿色转型,健全法治保障体系、促进生态素质养成和打造绿色低碳社会等方面探讨了陕西生态文明建设的实践路径,为持续深入推进陕西生态文明建设提供理论参考。

The construction of ecological civilization is an important part of the socialism construction with Chinese characteristics,and the latest achievement in the exploration of the“Chinese-style”modernization construction path,and the basic compliance and important guidance for the practice of green development.The basic connotation of ecological civilization construction is analyzed from the five dimensions:politics,economy,culture,legal system and society.On this basis,taking the practice and exploration of Shaanxi Province as an example,the basic principles of Shaanxi’s ecological civilization construction are put forward from five aspects:insisting on systematic thinking,strengthening scientific and technological support,focusing on adapting measures to local conditions,grasping key points,and highlighting typical demonstrations.In addition,the practice path of ecological civilization construction in Shaanxi is also discussed from the aspects of improving the responsibility mechanism,sticking to the responsibilities for“the big man of the country”,giving play to ecological advantages,promoting the green transformation of the economy,improving the legal guarantee system,promoting the development of ecological quality and building a green and low-carbon society,and building a green and low-carbon society.It provides a theoretical reference for the continuous and in-depth promotion of Shaanxi’s ecological civilization construction.
