摘要 水压试验作为汽轮机必要的检验手段,主要检验汽轮机部件的密封性和耐压强度。设计了相应型号的水压试验装置,制定合理的工艺技术方案,通过强度计算优化相应的工装结构,选择合适的供压设备,制定相关的工艺规程,从而实现部件缺陷检测的功能。 As a necessary inspection means of steam turbine,the hydraulic test mainly tests the tightness and compressive strength of steam turbine components.The corresponding type of hydraulic test device was designed,the reasonable technological plan was made,the corresponding tooling structure was optimized through strength calculation,the appropriate pressure supply equipment was selected,and the relevant technological procedures were formulated,so as to realize the function of component defect detection.
