摘要 为了确保加注后的产品长期贮存期间其内部气动密封设备的安全性和可靠性,对气动设备中主要元器件在长期贮存时的使用要求进行了分析,开展了相应的长贮性能试验及气氛试验。试验结果表明,在长贮环境特性下对气动设备及其密封材料所采取的适应性改进措施有效,产品及其密封件满足长期贮存工况下对酸性气体的抗腐蚀能力。 Addressing as the security and reliability of the pneumatic sealing equipments which need to storage long-term,the operation requirements with long-term of the main components in pneumatic sealing equipments were researched.And the long-term stored performances and atmosphere experiments were carried on.The experiments results showed that the adaptive improvement measures for the pneumatic equipments and sealing materials were effective.In the long-term stored working condition,the sealing elements had good corrosion resistance ability in acidic gas environment.
