一种进油正压、高转速、宽温域小排量双联齿轮泵的优化设计

摘要 针对一种吸油口为正压的齿轮泵,在某些特定主机工况条件下,要求齿轮泵具有高转速、高压、宽温域、高容积效率。通过优化整体结构和齿轮参数、浮动轴套采用双向密封结构、采用PTFE组合油封,解决产品高压、高温工况下容积效率,提高承载能力宽温域环境适应能力。 For a gear pump with positive pressure at the oil suction port,it is required to have high speed,high pressure,wide temperature range and high volumetric efficiency under certain operating conditions of the main engine.By optimizing the overall structure and gear parameters,adopting a two-way sealing structure for the floating shaft sleeve,and adopting a PTFE combined oil seal,the volumetric efficiency of the product under high pressure and high temperature conditions is solved,and the bearing capacity and adaptability to the environment in a wide temperature range are improved.
