摘要 设计了一种燕尾块自动压紧机构,该机构采用两个微型气缸驱动,斜楔顶压杆压推横向移动杆机构,实现两组带弹簧的斜面压紧块牢固压紧移动燕尾块工装。该机构实现了测试产品的全自动快速夹紧,保证了足够的压紧力和定位精度,测试过程稳定可靠,解决了设备长期手工旋动螺栓压紧不可靠的问题,提高了生产效率和测试精度。 An automatic pressing mechanism of dovetail block is designed.The mechanism is driven by two micro cylinders and pushed by the wedge top pressure bar to push the transverse moving bar mechanism,so that two groups of spring inclined plane pressing blocks can firmly press the moving dovetail block tooling.The mechanism realizes the full-automatic fast clamping of test products,ensures sufficient pressing force and positioning accuracy,and the test process is stable and reliable.It solves the problem of unreliable pressing of long-term manual rotating bolts,and improves the production efficiency and test accuracy.
