七氟醚与异丙酚麻醉在脊柱侧凸手术中对体感诱发电位影响比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的比较七氟醚/瑞芬太尼与异丙酚/瑞芬太尼联合麻醉在脊柱侧凸手术中对体感诱发电位的影响。方法研究对象为60例行脊柱侧凸手术患者。患者随机分为七氟醚/瑞芬太尼组和异丙酚/瑞芬太尼组,每组30例。监测麻醉期间5个不同时间点SSEP振幅和潜伏期。结果与异丙酚/瑞芬太尼相比,七氟醚/瑞芬太尼组患者皮质SSEP波幅显著降低,潜伏期显著增加(均P<0.05);两组患者颈椎SSEP振幅和潜伏期均无统计学差异。结论与异丙酚/瑞芬太尼组相比,七氟醚/瑞芬太尼麻醉对皮质SSEP产生更多抑制,但对颈椎SSEP没有影响。 Objective To compare the effects of desflurane/remifentanil and propofol/remifentanil combined anesthesia on somatosensory evoked potential(SSEP)in scoliosis surgery.Methods The subjects were 60 patients who underwent scoliosis surgery.Patients were randomly divided into desflurane/remifentanil group and propofol/remifentanil group,with 30 patients in each group.SSEP amplitude and latency were monitored at 5 different time points during anesthesia.Results Compared with propofol/remifentanil,the amplitude of cortical SSEP in desflurane/remifentanil group decreased significantly and the latency increased significantly(all P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in cervical SSEP amplitude and latency between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with propofol/remifentanil group,desflurane/remifentanil anesthesia had more inhibition on cortical SSEP,but had no effect on cervical SSEP.
