韩家湾矿213108工作面采空区煤自燃危险区域划分

摘要 为了避免浅埋煤层工作面回采期间采空区残留浮煤不发生自燃,明确采空区内残煤自燃危害范围,划分煤层自燃“三带”对工作面安全生产至关重要。针对韩家湾煤矿213108综采工作面采空区遗煤层自燃特征进行分析,在对煤自然发火实验定量计算的基础上,通过实测“三带”分布规律,并采用FLUENT数值软件对其自燃危害范围进行模拟研究,划分了自燃“三带”范围:采空区距工作面60~90 m为散热带,120~140 m为氧化升温带,120~140 m之外为窒息带。研究成果为该工作面采空区残煤自燃发火灾害预防问题提出了理论依据,对类似工作面安全回采问题提供借鉴。 In order to avoid the spontaneous combustion of residual floating coal in the goaf during the mining of the shallowburied coal seam,and to clarify the hazard scope of the residual coal spontaneous combustion in the goaf,it is very important to divide the coal seam spontaneous combustion"three zones"for the safe production of the working face.This paper analyzes the spontaneous combustion characteristics of the coal seam left in the goaf of the 213108 fully mechanized mining face of Hanjiawan Coal Mine,and based on the quantitative calculation of the coal spontaneous ignition experiment,the"three zones"distribution of the 213108 fully mechanized mining face of Hanjiawan Coal Mine is measured.The hazard range of coal spontaneous combustion in the gob area of 213108 fully mechanized face is simulated and studied by the FLUENT numerical software.60~90 m from the working face in the goaf is a divergent zone.120~140 m from the working face in the goaf is the oxidation heating zone,and 120~140 m in the deep part of the goaf is the suffocation zone.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the prevention of spontaneous combustion and ignition of residual coal in the goaf of the working face,and provide reference for the safe mining of similar working faces in the mining area.
