制造业服务化驱动中国经济高质量发展的理论逻辑与实证检验

The Theoretical Logic and Empirical Test of Manufacturing Servitization's Driving China's High-Quality Economic Development

在深入剖析经济高质量发展内涵的基础上,从企业、产业和价值链角度阐述制造业服务化影响经济高质量发展的理论逻辑。构建中国经济高质量发展评价指标体系,对比分析中国各区域的经济高质量发展总体态势,采用计量模型实证检验制造业服务化对经济高质量发展的影响。实证结果表明:中国经济高质量发展大致呈现东部、中部、西部、东北部地区依次递减的区域非均衡态势,但各省市经济高质量发展指数呈逐年递增趋势;制造业服务化能够显著拉动经济高质量发展,但通过异质性分析发现,制造业服务化对中部地区和欠发达地区经济高质量发展的影响最大。因此,政府部门应把握新常态下中国经济高质量发展水平分布规律,各区域采取合理制造业服务化转型政策,为推进各省市全面实现经济高质量发展提供参考依据。

This paper elaborates the theoretical logic of manufacturing servitization's affecting high-quality economic development from the perspective of enterprises,industries and value chains based on a deep analysis of the connotation of high-quality economic development.An evaluation system is constructed of high-quality economic development to empirically analyze and compare the overall situation of high-quality economic development in China's different regions,and econometric models are used to make an empirical test for manufacturing servitization affecting high-quality economic development.The result shows:China's high-quality economic development presents obvious inequality across regions,ranking from the east to the central to the west and to the northeast.But the high-quality economic development index of provinces shows an increasing trend year by year;The manufacturing servitization can significantly promote the high-quality economic development,but the heterogeneity analysis shows that the biggest effect happens in the central and less developed regions.Therefore,the governments should grasp the distribution characteristics of high-quality economic development in China in the New Era,and each region should adopt rational transformation policies of manufacturing servitization,which can provide reference basis for all provinces and cities to promote comprehensive realization of high-quality economic development.
