摘要
近年来,工程施工管理日趋标准化。施工企业要在竞争日益加剧的市场竞争中,逐渐过渡到运营管理,为工程项目的高品质发展提供了良好的条件。然而,企业经营方式、经营方式的创新不能一蹴而就,需要长时间的积累和不断的发展。因此,我们需要对现有的工程施工企业进行总结和总结,同时也要吸取国外的先进经验,对我国工程施工企业进行改进,使其符合当前的发展趋势,符合国际上的要求,符合中国工程的国际化发展。文中就如何在施工项目中运用和开发新的施工管理方式,以提高施工项目的整体水平,推动建设项目的可持续发展。
