摘要
本项目一层层高12米,柱距为9X18.2米,楼面活荷载为5kN/m^(2),为降低项目总造价,施工过程中采用无支撑设计,预制构件采用预制柱、预制叠合梁、预应力双T板,预应力外墙板,ALC内墙板等构件。由于在设计中对施工及使用过程的各种工况进行了一体化的考虑,使本项目在进度、质量和工期上都较好的体现了装配式建筑的优越性,实现了节能减排,文明施工的目的。
The first floor of the project is 12m high,the column spacing is 9X18.2m,and the floor live load is 5kN/m^(2).In order to reduce the total project cost,the unsupported design is adopted in the construction process,and the prefabricated components are prefabricated columns,prefabricated composite beams,prestressed double T plates,prestressed exterior wall panels,ALC interior wall panels and other components.Due to the integrated consideration of various working conditions in the construction and use process in the design,the project has better reflected the advantages of prefabricated buildings in terms of schedule,quality and duration,and achieved the purpose of energy conservation,emission reduction and civilized construction.
