老年人微信健康信息转发行为影响因素分析 被引量:2

Influencing factors of older adults’health information forwarding behaviors on WeChat

摘要 目的:探析我国老年人微信健康信息转发行为的影响因素,为新媒体环境下老年人健康信息服务提供理论指导和借鉴。方法:采用半结构访谈法和焦点访谈法,收集33位老年人通过微信转发的健康信息数据,并通过扎根理论对数据进行编码,归纳出影响老年人健康信息转发行为的15个主要概念范畴和4个核心因素。结果:老年人的个人因素和行为实施条件、信息因素和环境因素是影响健康信息转发行为的主要因素。结论:个人因素和实施条件因素是内部因素,直接影响老年人健康信息转发行为;信息因素和环境因素是外部因素,通过内部因素间接影响信息转发行为。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of older adults’health information forwarding behaviors on mobile APPs in China,and to provide theoretical guidance and reference for the health information service to older adults in the new media environment.Methods Using semi-structured interviews and focus interviews,the data of health information forwarded on WeChat by 33 older adults were collected and coded based on grounded theory,and 15 conceptual categories and 4 core factors influencing the health information forwarding behaviors of older adults were summarized.Results Personal factors,implementation conditions,information factors and environmental factors were the main factors influencing older adults’health information forwarding behaviors on WeChat.Conclusion Personal factors and implementation conditions are internal factors,which directly influence older adults’health information forwarding behaviors;information factors and environmental factors are external factors,which indirectly influence the forwarding behaviors through internal factors.
