Theoretical Framework and Implementation Path for Digital Transformation of Agro-food Supply Chain

农产品供应链数字化转型是数字经济时代农产品供应链创新发展的重要方向。该转型强调以消费者为中心、以技术为驱动、以数据为基础,推进供应链流程可视、响应灵活、运作智能,进而形成开源、节流、强感、增效的农产品供应链网络和生态系统的过程。当前,中国农产品供应链数字化转型面临着较为有利的外部环境,但由于中国农业数字化建设刚刚起步,农产品供应链数字化转型整体上处于探索阶段,在技术、运营、结构和治理等方面仍存在不少问题。因此,推进农产品供应链数字化转型,需要结合经济、社会、技术、政策环境变化并针对存在的问题,以打造供应链数字化生态系统为目标,从供应链技术应用、运营管理、组织结构和供应链治理等层面构建数字化转型框架,系统实施数字化变革。

The digital transformation of agro-food supply chain(ASC)is an important direction for the innovation and development of ASC in the context of digital economy.The digital transformation of ASC emphasizes the visual process,the flexible response and the intelligent operation of ASC which is consumercentered,technology-driven and data-based.It aims to establish an ASC ecosystem with whole process links,low cost,excellent consumption experience and high efficiency.The digital transformation of ASC in China is presently facing a more favorable external environment.However,since China’s agriculture digitization has just started,the digital transformation of ASC is in primary stage,and there are still many problems in technology application,supply chain operation management,supply chain organizational structure and supply chain governance.Therefore,in order to promote the digital transformation of ASC,it is necessary to construct a digital transformation framework from the aspects of supply chain technology application,operation management,organizational structure and supply chain governance,with the construction of digital supply chain ecosystem as the goal,and with the systematic implementation of digital transformation.
