Humanitarianism is distinctively western-centered. Since the beginning of the 20th century, the western local humanitarian knowledge has been risen to global knowledge. In the process of the dissemination of western humanitarianism, the western center in discourse structure and cultural structure has been formed. The discourse framework of humanitarian communication explains that the westerncentered discourse hegemony and cultural framework, inherits the history of colonialism and imperialism in the West, and represents the structural inequality of "Western or non-Western" in essence. Starting from the criticism and reflection on humanitarian communication, taking the theoretical horizon of life communication as the arrival, as a response to the crisis of humanitarian communication, a new humanitarian communication mode emerged, which stripped off the grand emotions and called for the involvement of personal emotions. To a certain extent, it solves the crisis of the traditional mode of humanitarian communication, and realizes the expectation of a community of shared future for mankind.
