摘要
四川省某矿区在地质勘查过程中发现该矿区氧化带Mo含量达到综合回收品位,为评价该区钼的综合回收利用价值,本研究采用化学分析、光学显微鉴定、物相分析、筛析试验、扫描电镜能谱分析、电子探针分析等多种分析方法对其氧化带钼矿石开展工艺特性研究。结果显示:矿石主要由褐铁矿、黄铁矿、重晶石、长石、赤铁矿、石英等矿物组成。矿石中钼含量高达0.1%,物相分析显示钼华相占比62.3%,属于氧化型钼矿矿石。矿石中钼的赋存状态相当复杂,既可以辉钼矿、钼铅矿等独立矿物形式存在,也可不均匀散布于褐铁矿之中。因此,需进一步查明矿区钼的空间分布规律,同时结合选冶回收试验评价该区钼的综合回收利用价值。
It is found that Mo content of the oxidation zone in a mining area reaches the comprehensive recovery grade during the geological exploration in Sichuan Province.In order to evaluate the comprehensive recovery and utilization value of molybdenum in this area,chemical analysis,optical microscopic identification,phase analysis,sieve analysis test,scanning electron microscope energy spectrum analysis,electron probe analysis and other analysis methods are used to study the process characteristics of molybdenum ore in the oxidation zone.The study result shows that the ore is mainly composed of limonite,pyrite,barite,feldspar,hematite,quartz and other minerals.The content of Mo in the ore is up to 0.1%,and the phase analysis shows that the proportion of molybdite phase accounts for 62.3%,indicating that the ore belongs to the oxidized molybdenum ore type.The occurrence form of molybdenum element in ore is quite complicated,which can exist in the form of independent minerals such as molybdenite and wulfenite,and can be unevenly distributed in limonite.Therefore,it is necessary to further identify the spatial distribution regularity of molybdenum in the mining area,and to evaluate the comprehensive recovery and economic utilization value of Mo in this area for the combination of beneficiation,metallurgy and recovery test.
